I couldn’t help it, I know people said Tomoe won’t hold the disc binding, but I just had to try.

This is my ink binder, #tomoeriverpaper punched with the #ArcBinder punch. I use plastic dividers to separate the general colour groups (red, blue, green etc) and then use the included lined paper to further sub divide into more specific colour groups (teal, aqual, blue-black). All the non-tomoe paper provides the support it needs and it’s not like I’m flipping through the pages violently, so should be fine.

Be very careful when meeting IRL with @glennhk. He piles you with ink samples when you meet, and then before you know it, convinces you that buying your 4th fountain pen on a trip is perfectly acceptable. (Along with taking you places where you find inks at great prices and hard to find washi tape!)

Just received my #SecretSanta package from the #PenAddict slack group! Now I have a 1.1 nib to sign all my Christmas cards with and oodles of ink samples to use it with. I’m majorly itching to crack open those notebooks, but first I’ll eat that pastry and stick that ice cream sticker to the cover of my #MidoriTravelersNotebook!

After watching Brian Goulet’s video on séyès (French-ruled) paper, I got really excited to try it out.

From far away it does look like my script is neater than before; it’s certainly straighter!

I’ll need to practice more though; the lines make me write much larger than I’m used to.

If you want to give the French-ruled style a go you can download your own séyès paper and print as many as you need.
