I don’t think about it often, but when I throw away something that had been of use to me for many years I do thank it for its service before retiring it. It just seems the decent thing to do, no?
My goals for the blog in 2017 were specific and routine and that worked relatively well for me. Here’s some of what worked well...
I like the way she’s structured her yearly projects into weekly repeating activities/posts.
I think the human mind is susceptible to routine and schedules which can only make these exercises easier as the year progressed.
I would like to decide on some projects to attempt this year… will need to think on it a bit…
This is inspiring me to get into a daily writing habit.🖋
It’s not about writing completed works in a day, but writing bits and pieces every day would certainly get me closer to completing something than just sitting around waiting for inspiration to strike (or that mythical three-months writing retreat 😜).
