Thank god for the buffer I’ve written last week, because I was definitely not at my best this week.
It’s really strange to start a new job after being at the old one for ten years.
You don’t realise how much job-specific knowledge you’ve accumulated and relied on until you go into a new environment and find out you’ve got to start from scratch again.
It’s both exciting and terrifying.
