@vishae 👍
@vishae Stunning! (My handwriting was never very good, and now that I use it so rarely, it is terrible.)
@smokey I bought Michael Sull’s “The Art of Cursive Penmanship” and am working my way through it.
Sometimes it’s hard to justify to others why I’m spending half an hour a day doing writing exercises, I mean, how often do we need to write things by hand? But I enjoy an excuse to use my pens and inks. ✒️
@vishae That’s a very good reason 😃 Also, when you do need to write something by hand, you won’t be embarrased by your handwriting and it won’t potentially be illegible to the person reading it. (I don’t know these other reasons by experience, no, not at all 😇)
@vishae “hard to justify”: you mean compared to sitting on a couch, drinking beer and watching baseball? Spending the day in a shopping mall? Well … 😂 Just funny that there seems to be still so much social regulation on “how to live a meaningful life” (this as a common observation) @smokey
